Method

- Dice the watermelon into small cubes
- Chop the microgreens, reserving some radish leaves for garnish
- Roughly chop the caramelized walnuts and mix with all ingredients
- Garnish with extra walnuts, microgreens, and a drizzle of balsamic cream
