Today we bring you a new article dedicated to hair health, as part of our natural cosmetics series. In a previous post, we talked about the benefits microgreens offer for hair care, and today we’re taking it one step further by putting that knowledge into practice.
Thanks to their high concentration of vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, microgreens have become the perfect ally for revitalizing hair naturally at home. As you know, we love experimenting with new ways to incorporate them beyond the kitchen: we’ve used them in face masks, skincare products, and now we’ve tried two microgreen based hair masks, perfect for repairing and nourishing your hair after the summer months.
First, because they are rich in vitamins C, E, and B complex, which promote hair growth and fiber repair. They are also packed with essential minerals like zinc, iron, and magnesium that help strengthen hair follicles.
