Grow microgreens for business

Microgreens are one of the few food businesses you can start with almost no capital — a shelf, trays, seeds and ten days of patience. It is still a real business: production discipline, food safety, honest costing, actual customers. We teach the craft, and in Athens we offer the rarest ingredient of all — a free growing space so you can start without rent or investment.

Who this is for

You are an aspiring microgreens entrepreneur — a young person starting out, or a career-changer looking for a second act — who wants real income from a small space. You are not looking for get-rich promises; you want honest numbers, a reliable production method and a realistic path from your first tray to your first paying customer. That is what this page gives you.
