Microgreens are one of the few food businesses you can start with almost no capital — a shelf, trays, seeds and ten days of patience. It is still a real business: production discipline, food safety, honest costing, actual customers. We teach the craft, and in Athens we offer the rarest ingredient of all — a free growing space so you can start without rent or investment.
You are an aspiring microgreens entrepreneur — a young person starting out, or a career-changer looking for a second act — who wants real income from a small space. You are not looking for get-rich promises; you want honest numbers, a reliable production method and a realistic path from your first tray to your first paying customer. That is what this page gives you.
15 free grow-for-business articles covering the questions that decide whether you survive: who buys microgreens, how to price them, how to produce consistently at scale and which food regulations apply.
Our Young Entrepreneurs toolkit (18–30) combines growing skills with business planning, finance, marketing and pitching in one 10-day programme, published as an open draft for community feedback.
