The Open Knowledge Portal — microgreens.org.gr
This portal is itself a project result: 110+ free articles, a crop database, a science library and open toolkits — built by volunteers and kept online after funding ends.
The Cooperative Growing Space
A real microgreens growing space in Athens, offered free to young people who want to start a business without capital — and a visitable site for study visits and demonstration.
