A free, self-paced course for aspiring microgreens entrepreneurs: master production, run the 10-day bootcamp, cost a tray honestly, find customers — and start without capital in Athens.

A free, self-paced beginner course in six short modules: set up your first tray, follow the 10-day cycle, pick your crop, fix problems, harvest and cook. No experience needed.

This portal is itself a project result: 110+ free articles, a crop database, a science library and open toolkits — built by volunteers and kept online after funding ends.

A real microgreens growing space in Athens, offered free to young people who want to start a business without capital — and a visitable site for study visits and demonstration.
