The Microgreens Methodology — free open courseware by EVEC Athens

The Open Knowledge Portal — microgreens.org.gr

This portal is itself a project result: 110+ free articles, a crop database, a science library and open toolkits — built by volunteers and kept online after funding ends.

Type: Open educational resource platform · Status: Live and growing · Language: English · Cost: Free

The portal you are reading is itself a project result. It carries more than 110 free articles, the Varieties crop database, the Science Library and our open toolkits — written, photographed and maintained largely by the international volunteers who practise the microgreens methodology.

Too many European project results disappear when the funding ends. This platform exists to do the opposite: it keeps every result public, findable and usable, and it gives future projects a permanent dissemination channel with an audience already reading it.
