Microgreens Toolkit – Young Entrepreneurs (18–30)
A 10-day bootcamp joining hands-on growing with business planning, finance, marketing and pitching, for young people starting a microgreens venture. Open draft, feedback welcome.

This microgreens entrepreneurship toolkit is a free ten-day bootcamp for people aged 18 to 30 that combines hands-on growing with practical business knowledge. Participants learn to cultivate microgreens to a sellable standard, plan production, manage costs, navigate the basic legal requirements and develop a brand, turning a low-cost activity into a real business opportunity.
Because the whole cycle from sowing to a first commercial harvest fits inside two weeks and a small budget, it works as work-based learning for VET, as an employability strand in youth projects, and as a starting point for anyone using the free growing space in Athens.
The growing side follows the 10-day growing guide, and the business side builds on Grow microgreens for business. For the wider competence context, the European Commission’s EntreComp framework sets out entrepreneurship as a competence for learning and work.
